Terms of Service

1. Use of the App

PassportPal provides tools for exploring geographic and travel-related data using an interactive map or globe. You may use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

• Reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the App;
• Use the App in any way that may damage, disable, or impair its functionality;
• Use the App for any unauthorized or unlawful purpose.

2. Subscription and Payments

Some features of PassportPal may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing displayed within the App.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s App Store account settings.

Prices are subject to change. If the subscription price changes, we will notify you in advance, and the new price will apply upon renewal.

All billing and refunds are handled directly by the App Store and are subject to its policies. We do not provide refunds directly.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses Mapbox to provide map and globe rendering. Your use of these features is also subject to Mapbox’s terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your interaction with third-party services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the App are owned by PassportPal or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal use.

5. No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PassportPal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

We are not responsible for interruptions or errors caused by third-party services, loss of data, or device issues resulting from use of the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if:

• You violate these Terms;
• We discontinue or modify the App.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updates will be posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction.
